A NICU stay can be one of the most disorienting experiences a parent goes through, full of uncertainty, exhaustion, and grief over things starting so differently than you expected. Whether your stay was recent or years ago, brief or extended, the impact often lingers long after you and your baby come home.
As a NICU parent myself, I understand this experience from the inside while also knowing that each of our journeys are different. This free, peer-based support group offers a space to connect with other Connecticut-based caregivers who understand what a NICU journey is really like. All are welcome, whatever stage of the journey you're in.
When: First Wednesday of each month, toThis group offers peer support, not individual treatment. If you're looking for one-on-one therapy support, you can schedule a consultation from the link below.
